With specific shaping CNC machines the raw blocks of polyurethane are shaped into simplex or complex forms. These are fast and accurate automated processes optimized for reduced scrap.
The shaped pieces performed by the processing of the polyurethane raw block can be further processed according to specific customer requirements.
